1. Provider

Roadbound: The Unseen Kingdoms is owned by Moodlr and developed by Moodlr Dev Hub. The legal entity, commercial contact and support channel will be published before commercial launch.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information, protect your password and report unauthorized use. An account is personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared to circumvent rules.

3. How the game works

Roadbound is an asynchronous expedition RPG. Results are calculated on the server and revealed after the displayed time. Balance, content, timers and progression may change during development and testing.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • exploiting defects, unauthorized automation or request manipulation;
  • attempting to obtain private seeds, future results or another account's data;
  • interfering with infrastructure, distributing malware or bypassing access controls;
  • using illegal, abusive, fraudulent or infringing content;
  • trading accounts, items or services without express authorization.

5. Content and intellectual property

The game, code, art, text, marks and systems are owned by Moodlr or used by it under license and are protected by applicable rights. The player's license is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and restricted to the service.

6. User content

By entering a name or other permitted content, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights and grant a limited license to display and process it while operating the service.

7. Suspension and termination

You may request account closure. Accounts may be suspended for material breach, fraud, security risk or legal requirement, with an opportunity to contest when applicable.

8. Purchases

The MVP has no real-money purchases or pay-to-win mechanics. If paid features are introduced, price, delivery, refunds and consumer rights will be shown before purchase.

9. Warranties and liability

During testing, the service may contain defects or become temporarily unavailable. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes

Material changes receive a new version and may require renewed acceptance before continued use.

11. Applicable law

Brazilian law applies, including mandatory consumer and personal-data protections, without restricting users' statutory rights.
